About Our Client
Our client is a renowned player within the chemical manufacturing industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for a talent acquisition (TA) analyst (Japanese Speaker) to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.
Job Description
- Manage administrative tasks for day-to-day recruitment and new joiner onboarding.
- Perform system maintenance and manage administrative tasks related to hiring, employee movement (promotion, demotion, lateral transfers within legal entity and inter-company transfers).
- Work closely with TA Specialist to handle inquiries from internal & external stakeholders.
- Process TA vendor invoices and ensuring timely submission for payment.
- Continuously review and maintain knowledge documents in area(s) of expertise.
- Participate in process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives, as assigned.
- Support with report generation, as assigned
- Assist in translation tasks when it is required.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related.
- Fluent in spoken & written Japanese. JLPT N1 or N2 qualification is a must for this role.
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of recruitment related work experience, supporting Japan.
- Demonstrates a service-oriented mindset and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- IT savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office applications
