About The Role

As a TA Technology Analyst at CBRE (12 months contract position), you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition technology platform (Avature) across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Working closely with our People teams, you will be the go-to expert for all TA technology platform queries, helping to streamline processes and enhance our recruiting capabilities. This position requires a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruiting process and a proactive approach to leveraging technology for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Provide first-level operational support for Avature, our Talent Acquisition technology platform.
  • Analyze technology platform issues and support resolution and change initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders across APAC to enhance process and technology adoption.
  • Implement technology-driven process improvements across the APAC region.
  • Support testing and validation of new system enhancements and configurations.
  • Provide training on Talent Source (Avature) for internal and external users as needed.
  • Extract and prepare reports from Avature, as well as presentations as requested.


What You'll Need

  • Minimum 1 year in a technology and process support role, ideally within recruiting or HR systems.
  • Working knowledge of any Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Understanding of HR/People systems interconnectivity and the impact of TA systems on other HR platforms.
  • Experience with implementing new HR processes or technology, including design, testing, and change management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • A solutions-focused, proactive, and highly organized approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Visio.
