Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid Takaful Advisor role, primarily based in Johor Baharu with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Takaful Advisor will be responsible for identifying and understanding client needs to offer tailored Takaful solutions. Key responsibilities include promoting and selling AIA's Takaful products, maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing advisory services related to financial protection and savings, and ensuring excellent customer service. Advisors will also collaborate with the team to strategize and meet sales targets while remaining updated on market trends and product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing Skills: Proficient in promoting, explaining, and selling financial products, particularly Takaful solutions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service and Advisory Skills: Adept at listening to client needs, providing professional consultation, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Ability to assess needs, analyze financial solutions, and manage client information effectively.
  • Basic Understanding of Financial Products: Knowledge of Takaful, insurance, and savings plans, with a strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in the field.
  • Flexibility and Time Management: Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Education and Professional Development: Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred), with an eagerness to undergo continuous professional training.
  • Experience in a related field, such as financial advisory or sales, is an advantage but not mandatory.
