Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Takaful Advisor at Azka Group, located in Johor Baharu. The Takaful Advisor will be responsible for providing clients with financial planning advice and products that comply with Islamic principles. The role will involve assessing clients&apos financial needs, explaining product details and benefits, managing client accounts, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations. The Takaful Advisor will also be responsible for generating leads, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minumum SPM or Diploma in any field
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Financial planning and advisory skills
• Proficiency in client account management and relationship building
• Sales and marketing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Relevant industry certifications and qualifications are a plus
