Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Kuantan, for a Takaful Advisor at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad. The Takaful Advisor will engage with clients to understand their financial needs, provide personalized takaful solutions, and build long-term relationships. Responsibilities include advising on financial planning and protection products, managing and fostering client relationships, and driving business growth through proactive networking and sales. Maintaining high standards of professionalism and adhering to compliance guidelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills for building client relationships.
• Sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering tailored solutions.
• Knowledge of financial planning principles, takaful products, and the insurance industry is advantageous.
• Time management and organizational skills to effectively manage client portfolios and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in customer service and the ability to address client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Strong sense of professionalism, ethical adherence, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Possession of a relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience working in financial services or insurance is a plus.
