Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Takaful Advisor for a full-time hybrid role based in Georgetown, with some responsibilities conducted remotely. The Takaful Advisor will engage clients to understand their needs, provide customized financial and protection plans, and build lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities include conducting financial reviews, offering expert guidance on the company's takaful products, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining excellent customer service, conducting market research, participating in training programs, and identifying potential leads to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communication, active listening, and customer relationship management
• Strong skills in sales, financial advisory, and market analysis
• Ability to conduct effective presentations and deliver tailored solutions
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing schedules in a hybrid work setting
• Familiarity with takaful products and financial planning services, or a strong willingness to learn
• Diploma in any field
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional language skills are advantageous
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to providing excellent service
