Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Takaful Agent for a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Takaful Agent will focus on offering financial protection solutions to clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored takaful plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. Daily responsibilities include client relationship management, conducting presentations, following up on leads, managing client portfolios, and supporting policy renewals to ensure excellent customer service. The role also involves staying updated on takaful products and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities to effectively deliver solutions to clients
• Commitment to excellent customer service and a client-focused approach
• Ability to perform market research and understand takaful products and industry trends
• Proficiency in meeting targets, problem-solving, and time management
• Familiarity with financial services or takaful industry-related experience is advantageous
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• A result-oriented individual with a proactive mindset and a desire for continuous learning
