What This Role Is

This role starts as a Takaful Agent / Consultant and progresses into an Agency Builder role.

You will begin by learning how to sell, advise, and serve clients properly.

Over time, you will be trained to build, lead, and grow your own agency team.

This is a career path, not a short-term job.

Career Progression Path

Phase 1 – Takaful Agent

• Learn client prospecting and consultation
• Understand Takaful products, compliance, and ethics
• Build your personal client base
• Earn commission through personal production

Phase 2 – Senior Consultant

• Handle higher-value cases
• Improve closing, servicing, and retention
• Start mentoring junior agents

Phase 3 – Agency Builder

• Recruit and train your own team
• Build and manage your own agency unit
• Earn overriding income and long-term residual income

What You Will Do

• Meet and advise clients on protection and financial planning
• Build and manage your own client pipeline
• Attend training and coaching sessions
• Follow up consistently and professionally
• Gradually learn leadership and agency management skills
