Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time or full-time role for a Takaful Consultant located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor or Nationwide. The Takaful Consultant will meet and engage with potential clients to assess their financial needs and provide tailored financial and insurance solutions. Key tasks involve explaining takaful products, creating proposals, maintaining client relationships, and working towards achieving sales targets. This role also includes regular follow-ups with clients and staying updated on market trends and product offerings to offer the best solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
• Knowledge of financial planning, insurance products, and takaful solutions
• Proficiency in sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client portfolios
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Certification in insurance or takaful, or a related field, is an advantage
• Prior experience in sales, financial planning, or insurance sector is preferred
