Ikhwan Group is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Takaful Consultants, with opportunities available on a part-time or full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct basic financial and protection needs discussions with clients.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Develop prospects through networking, referrals and social media.
Provide suitable takaful solutions based on clients needs.
Participate in training, coaching and team activities.
Develop communication, sales, marketing and presentation skills.
Build your own client network and professional network.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree.
Willing to learn and explore new skills.
Interested in developing an additional income stream.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and self-motivated.
No prior takaful experience required.
Suitable for both working individuals and fresh graduates.
