Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuantan for a Takaful Consultant. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for identifying and meeting customer needs by offering personalized takaful solutions and advice. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, conducting financial assessments, delivering professional consultations, generating leads, and closing sales. Additionally, the role requires continuous learning to remain updated with product innovations and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Understanding of financial planning, takaful products, and related services
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in relationship management and ability to generate sales leads
- Motivation to achieve sales targets and a result-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide exceptional customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Customer service or sales experience is an added advantage
- Proactive and willing to adapt to new challenges within the takaful industry
