We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Takaful Consultants in Kuantan, helping clients secure their financial future with ethical and Shariah-compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional advisory on family takaful and financial protection solutions.
Identify clients financial protection needs and recommend suitable takaful plans.
Guide clients in planning for income security, medical coverage, and critical illness protection.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and ethical practice.
Achieve sales targets while delivering high-quality, client-focused advisory services.
Participate in marketing activities, networking events, and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
Minimum SPM; Diploma holders are welcome (working experience is an advantage)
Degree fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience is an advantage.
Knowledge in takaful, insurance, or financial planning is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excell, Powerpoint).
