Role Description

The Takaful Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuantan. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their financial and protection needs, and providing tailored takaful solutions. The consultant will actively build and maintain client relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and educate clients on PruBSN's variety of products and services. This is a performance-driven role, with opportunities for professional growth and reward for achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Sales or financial consulting experience is an advantage
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn about PruBSN's products and services
• Proficient in time management and self-motivation to meet performance targets
• Basic understanding of Takaful and Islamic finance is preferred
• Minimum academic qualification: SPM or equivalent; diploma or degree holders are encouraged to apply
