Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time hybrid role for a Takaful Consultant, based in Shah Alam with flexibility for some work-from-home options. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for providing high-quality insurance and Takaful services, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and offering tailored solutions based on customer needs. The role includes actively generating leads, managing client portfolios, and ensuring continuous client satisfaction through follow-ups and support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and engage with clients effectively
• Proficiency in customer service and understanding client needs to deliver tailored insurance and Takaful solutions
• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Basic proficiency with digital tools, including Microsoft Office for managing client portfolios
• Passion for professional development and a results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with Takaful or insurance concepts is a plus, but not mandatory
• Diploma or degree in any field are welcome to apply.
