Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Takaful Consultant located in Petaling Jaya. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized takaful and insurance solutions, maintaining client relationships, conducting financial needs analysis, and continuously updating knowledge on takaful products and services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, preparing and presenting proposals, and achieving sales targets. Consultants are expected to adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Takaful and Insurance products
• Experience in sales and client relationship management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct financial needs analysis and prepare proposals
• Proficiency in maintaining regulatory compliance
• Skills in business development and achieving sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant certifications or education in finance, insurance, or related fields are a plus
