Your Role in VT Markets

We are looking for TA specialist to take on the challenge for the 360 degree of recruitment management. You will be working closely with the direct hiring manager, manage candidate experience throughout the interview process as well as managing all offer negotiation and closure.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Prior experience hiring within the CFD industry is a strong plus, but not mandatory.

  • Act as a true business partner, providing hiring managers with market insights and real-world talent perspectives, rather than just processing resumes.

  • Comfortable engaging with candidates across all levels, from volume hiring to executive-level or confidential searches.

  • Proven ability to deliver results while maintaining a consultative approach to recruitment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and talent mapping to identify top talent in the market.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.

  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to understand industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and availability of key skills, ensuring proactive candidate pipelines.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to assess effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
