*Please note that this is a 1 year renewable contract parked under 3rd Party Vendor

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination support throughout the hiring cycle including but not limited to JD review, interview arrangement, compliance checks execution etc.
  • Build strong relationship with hiring teams to coordinate interviews such as scheduling phone, onsite, video interviews and reserving conference rooms.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via email in a timely matter.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our candidate experiences to provide a reputable high-touch candidate experience
  • Partner with the various stakeholders to maintain the process compliance.
  • Deploy innovative methods and creative problem-solving to ensure increase in efficiency and accuracy.
  • Effectively communicate with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, this may include external suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the hiring team, candidates, and recruiters to ensure accurate and timely delivery of work assigned.
  • Any adhoc activities/projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (HR or related major is highly preferred), with strong interests in a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruiting
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of working experience, past recruiting coordination experiences is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail orientation and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to proactively seek improvements/solutions to boost our candidates experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, consistently changing environment
  • Excellent skills in time management and prioritizing tasks
  • Due to the business needs of dealing with Japanese candidates, we will require bilingual/trilingual speakers accredited with JLPT N1
