Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify and deliver high quality talent to meet business needs.
  • Ensure hiring lead times are met according to company standards.
  • Administer and ensure hiring lead time/ service Level agreement (SLA) as per the Company's requirements and standards.
  • Utilize recruitment tools, social media platforms, job boards, and networks to engage with potential candidates.
  • Arrange and conduct interview process for selected group of employees as determined by the Hiring Managers/Company.
  • Facilitate pre-employment screening, background checks, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate and participate in any recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, walk-in interview, career talk, collaboration with higher Institution, etc.
  • Support onboarding experience to ensure smooth assimilation of new hires.
  • Coordinate pre-boarding activities such as document submission and contract signing.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service, work closely with hiring managers and candidates to close assignments successfully.
  • Write effective recruitment advertisement and advertise to all potential channels not limited to Job Boards, Social Media and ATS Applicant Tracking System.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment tracking reports, including budget utilization, hiring timelines, and recruitment metrics.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or any related discipline.
  • At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidates with working experience in Retail, F&B, FMCG, Healthcare and Manufacturing hiring would be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with mass recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a pre-requisite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Able to solve problems proactively and work in fast paced.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills, mature, resourceful and independent.
  • Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadline.
  • Willing to travel or relocate to Bandar Bukit Raja 2.
