Job Summary:
We are looking for a Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts and provide support in broader HR functions. The main focus of this role is end-to-end recruitment across different functions, including retail staff, corporate office roles, and warehouse/operations positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Primary Focus)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure timely closure of roles.
- Build pipelines through networking, job boards, and campus engagement.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts (social media content, career fairs, talks).
- Track recruitment progress and prepare reports for management.
HR Support
- Partner with HR team and line managers to support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle staff off-boarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring proper closure of employee records.
- Provide first-line HR advisory to employees on policies and procedures.
- Assist in HR administration and documentation where required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 23 years of working experience in recruitment, with some exposure in retail industry.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin is an added advantage.
