Job Description

IGT Solutions (IGT) is a next-gen customer experience (CX) company redefining and transforming the way global brands deliver customer delight. With a strong focus on technology-driven services, we are expanding our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to help us attract the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify qualified candidates through databases, social media platforms, and alternative sourcing channels.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes based on the required skills, experience, and job specifications.
  • Apply deep sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a robust internal talent pipeline.
  • Leverage market intelligence and industry trends to proactively develop diverse candidate slates.
  • Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies across different markets, including Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and other regions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and functional requirements of open positions.
  • Plan and execute targeted candidate search campaigns using various internet search engines and platforms.
  • Ensure timely delivery of a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for all assigned roles.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to sourcing, recruitment, and hiring practices.
  • Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the hiring manager and candidate experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Languages Required: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential. Cantonese is a additional advantage.
  • A minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining talent pipelines is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate is required.
