Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation to onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines while maintaining high hiring quality.
Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions and locations.

2. Talent Sourcing

Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, headhunting and other channels.
Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
Develop effective sourcing strategies for both local and international candidates.
Continuously explore new recruitment channels and improve sourcing efficiency.

3. Recruitment Operations & Performance

Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and provide regular hiring progress reports.
Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, hiring cost and hiring effectiveness.
Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment and company policies.

Requirements

Diploma degree or above
3 years above of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, AI, Internet or other fast-growing companies.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing.
Experience recruiting across Singapore / Hong Kong / China is highly preferred.
