Position Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Vinda Malaysia, you will be a strategic partner to the business, driving end-to-end recruitment and contributing to broader HR initiatives. This role requires a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong talent pipelines.
Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)
You will play an important role to:
- Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring quality hires and timely delivery.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Proactively source and engage top talent through multiple channels, including digital platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct effective screening and interviews to assess candidates competencies, cultural fit, and potential.
- Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience to strengthen Vinda's employer brand.
- Manage recruitment data, reports, and pipelines to support informed decision-making.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to position Vinda as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and initiatives as assigned from time to time.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
