DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide full support to the Talent Acquisition Lead for all matters relating to recruitment and employer branding.
- Collaborate on creating and promoting a positive employer brand through social media, content creation, and other branding initiatives.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals, to source for potential candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Engage with candidates to keep them informed throughout the recruitment process and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in arranging interviews, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with hiring managers for job descriptions and specific requirements and to provide timely updates on the status of candidates and interview schedules.
- Prepare interview-related forms and documents such as application form, interview guides and assessment form.
- Update and maintain recruitment tracker with accurate and real-time information on candidate progress and status.
- Generate reports to track recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years working experience as TA.
- Customer service centric, good consultancy skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities utilizing strong organizational skills.
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication skill.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Selangor
