About the Role

We are looking for energetic and multilingual Talent Acquisition Interns to support our hiring activities. You will work closely with the TA team on end-to-end recruitment tasks, candidate management, sourcing, and employer branding initiatives.

This internship is perfect for students who want real exposure to the recruitment world and are passionate about people, communication, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Source profiles through job platforms, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes based on job requirements
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews with candidates

2. Talent Pool Development

  • Build and manage databases of multilingual talents
  • Identify potential candidates for future hiring needs

3. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Prepare evaluation forms and follow up on feedback

4. Engagement & Branding

  • Support recruitment marketing activities (LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, campus outreach)
  • Assist in career fairs and university engagements

Requirements

  • Able to speak, read, and write in one or more of the following languages: Mandarin, English and Malay
  • Passionate about recruitment, HR, and people operations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Final-year students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to work at our office in Shah Alam (UOA Business Park)
