Why does this job exist and why is it critical
The
Talent Acquisition Intern will support key recruitment processes — from screening applications to candidate communications — ensuring a smooth and timely hiring journey. This role offers valuable exposure to end-to-end recruitment operations in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
What are you accountable for
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for various internship and entry-level roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates, providing timely updates and answering basic queries on their application status.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate records and recruitment progress.
- Provide general operational support in recruitment-related activities as needed.
Who are we looking for
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Outspoken, confident, and passionate about people engagement and talent experience.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.

- Internship opportunities available for candidates who can start immediately, with a duration of up to 6 months
