Talent Acquisition Intern (Oct intake)

We're currently hiring Talent Acquisition Interns!

Gain practical experience across the recruitment process, from talent sourcing and candidate engagement to interview coordination and stakeholder management, while developing essential recruitment skills and building professional relationships.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Bintang

Start Date: Oct intake

What You'll Do:

• Assist with sourcing and identifying suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment system.
• Assist with other ad-hoc recruitment activities as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
