Job Description:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for ground and office roles
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and hiring trackers
Support offer processing and onboarding documentation
Liaise with hiring managers for interview feedback and scheduling
Participate in hiring events and career fairs when required

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Interest in recruitment or HR operations is a plus
