Job Description
Hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition to join our client based in kuala lumpur
job type: 1 year and extendable contract
prior experience in working for banking clients is added advantage.
Familiar with banking operations hiring
2) has experience in mass hiring
3) 5-8 years of end to end recruitment experience
4) must know end to end visa process, mdec .
Requirements:
1. Preferably candidate understands and has experience preparing salary proposal
2. Understands employment pass application nuances and process
3. Comfortable with manual tracker
4. knows MDEC process and etc
- partner and work with hiring functions and business managers
- perform the full cycle of the selection and hiring process which including sourcing, screening & interviewing of candidates from various portal - career fair, candidates referral.
- engagement with candidates to ensure completeness of documents required for onboarding activities in a timely manner.
