The Talent Acquisition Lead (Healthcare Focus) will play a key role in attracting, acquiring, and engaging top healthcare professionals across the organization's hospitals, specialist centres, and healthcare entities in Singapore and the region. Your primary focus will be on clinical, allied health, and patient-facing recruitment, ensuring the organization maintains a strong pipeline of talent to deliver quality care and operational excellence. In addition, you will support and provide backup coverage for the Corporate Talent Acquisition Lead in hiring for group and shared service functions when required
This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare manpower landscape, strong collaboration with operational HR teams, and the ability to deliver a high-quality candidate experience that embodies the organization's core values of Compassion, Competence, and Collaboration.
As a Talent Acquisition Lead (Healthcare Focus), you will be responsible to:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare roles, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and patient service associates.
- Partner with Medical Directors, Heads of Nursing, and Clinical Operations to understand manpower needs and plan recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical healthcare roles through engagement with universities, professional councils, and healthcare institutions.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, social media, and healthcare professional networks.
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement in healthcare recruitment performance.
- Ensuring all hiring activities comply with licensing, credentialing, and regulatory requirements.
- Support onboarding and integration of new healthcare hires to promote engagement and retention.
- Provide support and coverage to the Talent Acquisition Lead for Corporate Services during peak periods, leave cover, or critical hiring phases.
- Partner with the Regional HR and functional heads to assist in the recruitment of corporates shared services roles, including Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, Legal and Strategy.
- Share best practices, tools, and candidate networks to enhance overall TA efficiency and collaboration between healthcare and corporate recruitment teams.
- Participate in cross-entity projects to strengthen recruitment processes, data analytics, and employer branding initiatives at organization level.
- Develop and promote a distinct EVP that highlights the organization's purpose-driven healthcare culture and employee experience.
- Collaborate with Communications and HR Teams to showcase employee stories and professional growth opportunities within healthcare.
- Strengthen the organization's employer brand presence across healthcare and digital platforms to attract mission-aligned talent.
- Collect and analyze feedback from candidates and new hires to refine attraction strategies and candidate experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong focus on healthcare recruitment (clinical, allied health, and patient-facing roles).
- Experience in employer branding and healthcare workforce engagement.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry trends, workforce planning, and recruitment marketing.
- Familiar with corporate and shared services recruitment is preferred but secondary.
- Strong understanding of healthcare manpower regulations, credentialing processes, and local employment laws (Malaysia and Singapore).
- Proficiency in Workday or equivalent HRIS for requisition management and analytics.
- Strong digital sourcing and date-driven recruitment capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Meticulous, adaptable and able to manage multiple recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment.
