Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition activities across Malaysia, China and Taiwan, from manpower planning, job requirement intake, sourcing, screening and interviews to offer management and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing plans based on business needs, talent market conditions and hiring priorities, particularly for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Partner closely with HRBP, Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements, provide recruitment insights, calibrate candidate profiles and drive effective hiring decisions.
  • Manage and monitor the recruitment pipeline, hiring timelines and SLA, ensuring positions progress efficiently and proactively addressing hiring bottlenecks.
  • Lead and monitor the Talent Acquisition team, including workload allocation, recruitment performance, hiring progress, coaching and day-to-day support to ensure team objectives are achieved.
  • Build and maintain a strong regional talent pipeline through multiple sourcing channels, networking, referrals, talent communities and other recruitment initiatives.
  • Analyse recruitment data and prepare regular reports on hiring progress, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness and team performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process while maintaining accurate recruitment records and compliance with company processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and drive data-based decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and deliver on high-volume or complex hiring needs.
  • Experience in employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing, and event coordination is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
  • Willing to work full on-site at office in Kuala Lumpur.
  • We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking market.
