About the Role

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offering and onboarding candidates

Talent Acquisition Excellence:

  • Manage the recruitment end to end process includes but not limit to role briefing, talent sourcing, interview and selection, offer negotiation, salary proposal design and onboarding

  • Be a trusted partner to advise business stakeholders and external parties on talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future business needs including building talent pools.

  • Manage the recruitment process and systems, ensuring up-to-date information are available and provided via effective reporting and analytics.

  • Drive a culture of exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

  • Ensure the recruitment processes are in compliance according to hiring procedures standard and policy, and the vacancies are successfully closed in the stipulated turn-around time.

  • Be the SME of talents market, provide feedback to the business on talent trends while maintaining a strong communities of talent pipelines

  • Support varies campus recruiting and branding related initiatives.

Talent Transformation & AI Enablement

  • Adopt and leverage HR technology in the recruitment processes

  • Be part of the talent transformation journey by developing and implementing the transformation program

  • Support the business leaders in their digital transformation journey

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience from in-house and agency

  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment across various functions and seniority levels.

  • Experience in insurance or shared services industry is preferred.

  • Mandarin and Cantonese skill is an added advantage due to supporting Hong Kong market.

  • Experience in campus recruiting is an added value.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

  • Innovative thinker with a passion in HR transformation
