Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own and deliver senior insurance and technology hires
- Build high-quality, targeted pipelines
- Drive proactive headhunting and market mapping for niche talent
- Act as a strong filter and partner to hiring managers on candidate quality
- Lead candidate engagement, conversion, and offer closing for senior roles
- Design and execute role-specific hiring strategies
- Identify and resolve hiring bottlenecks quickly to maintain momentum
- Maintain strong hiring discipline and visibility across pipelines and outcomes
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Proven ability to hire senior / niche roles successfully
- Strong headhunting and sourcing capability, especially within the insurance talent pool
- Ability to engage and influence high-calibre candidates
- High ownership; operating like a business partner, not just a support function
- Strong judgement in assessing candidate quality
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership
- An incredible desire for accuracy and detail-orientedness
- The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
