About you
You're an experienced recruitment marketing or employer brand professional who enjoys creating campaigns that attract great talent. You know how to tell a compelling employer story, collaborate effectively with multiple teams, and bring creative ideas to life across different channels. You're comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, partnering with stakeholders, and using data to continuously improve results.
This role sits within our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Acquisitions Employee Experience and Change Lead. Working closely with colleagues in Talent Acquisition, Internal Comms, Marketing, and Employee Success (HR), you'll build the strategies, content, and campaigns that champion internal career mobility and attract strong candidates across more than 20 countries.
Day-to-day, you will:
Position our employer brand
Create content and drive candidate engagement
Enhance, manage and protect our employer reputation
Drive internal mobility and referrals
Build the recruitment marketing operating model
