What You'll Do
- Produce weekly and monthly recruitment reports; ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery.
- Analyse data to show trends and progress against agreed targets.
- Use Excel to slice, reconcile, and validate datasets; support dashboarding/automation (Power BI/Power Automate).
- Support recruitment systems administration (user access, data hygiene, basic configuration).
- Coordinate operational workflows such as agency onboarding and invoicing with internal teams (TA, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal).
- Maintain clear documentation and trackers for process reliability.
- Experience in an operations, analyst, or administrative role with recurring reporting.
- Strong Excel and data‑handling skills; attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with systems and structured processes.
- Organised, methodical, and reliable; strong coordination skills.
- Power BI / Power Automate experience
- Exposure to ATS/HRIS/ERP (e.g., SAP) or shared services systems
- Apply your reporting and operations skills in a global TA environment.
- Work at the intersection of data, systems, and process improvement.
