About the Role
We are looking for a detailoriented and processdriven TA Operations Specialist to support recruiting activities for our Penang site. This contract role will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth, highquality recruitment experience. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fastpaced semiconductor environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Operations & Coordination
- Manage interview scheduling, including multipanel and crosstimezone setups.
- Coordinate assessments, hiring manager availability, and candidate logistics.
- Ensure timely updates and a seamless candidate experience throughout the process.
ATS & Process Support
- Maintain accurate and uptodate data in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
- Generate weekly and monthly TA reports (pipeline status, SLA metrics, hiring progress).
- Support job posting creation and updates across internal and external platforms.
Candidate Management
- Act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
- Support offer preparation, documentation, and preonboarding tasks.
- Ensure adherence to local HR and compliance requirements.
Vendor & Campus Coordination (if applicable)
- Support coordination with external agencies or partners.
- Assist in campus hiring events or local branding activities when needed.
Process Excellence
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Maintain TA documentation, trackers, and process SOPs.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination or TA operations.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or tech environments preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with Workday or any ATS is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with data, trackers, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage fastmoving priorities.
