Responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process for candidates.
Evaluate applicants if they meet the position requirements. (Phone screening, background check, and etc).
Schedule a virtual interview or face-to-face interview.
Negotiate with selected candidates after the interview, offer letter preparation, and hiring document preparation.
Conduct orientation for new employees.
Ensure recruitment files are complete in accordance with compliance standards. (Candidates personal profile, IC, relevant certificate, and other documentation).
Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels; - (Job board, Head-hunter, social media, referrals, and advertising).
Draft recruitment advertisements, posts, and/or place ads in the most effective social media.
Company activities.
Business or Human Resources degree from a recognized university
Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
Possesses strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
Effective communicator, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in relevant practice.
Verbal and written proficiency in Mandarin & Cantonese
