Job Description

  • Responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process for candidates.
  • Evaluate applicants if they meet the position requirements. (Phone screening, background check, and etc).
  • Schedule a virtual interview or face-to-face interview.
  • Negotiate with selected candidates after the interview, offer letter preparation, and hiring document preparation.
  • Conduct orientation for new employees.
  • Ensure recruitment files are complete in accordance with compliance standards. (Candidates personal profile, IC, relevant certificate, and other documentation).
  • Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels; - (Job board, Head-hunter, social media, referrals, and advertising).
  • Draft recruitment advertisements, posts, and/or place ads in the most effective social media.
  • Company activities.
  • Business or Human Resources degree from a recognized university
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Possesses strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in relevant practice.
  • Verbal and written proficiency in Mandarin & Cantonese
