Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
The Talent Acquisition Senior Executive leads and drives effective talent acquisition strategies for Commercial functions across Malaysia and Singapore. This role is responsible for proactive talent sourcing, external pipeline mapping, and end-to-end execution of the talent acquisition lifecycle.
You will actively expand and strengthen talent pools and sourcing platforms to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates for key and critical roles. The role plays a key part in delivering an excellent candidate experience, strong hiring manager partnership, and consistent achievement of Talent Acquisition team goals.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition Delivery
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies for Commercial function hiring across Malaysia and Singapore, aligned with workforce and business priorities.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment execution with consistency and quality, ensuring strong candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and recruitment efficiency.
Talent Pipeline & Market Intelligence
- Proactively identify, map, and build external talent pipelines for key and critical roles to support business continuity and succession readiness.
- Provide timely talent market insights, including availability, competitiveness, and hiring trends, to enable informed hiring decisions.
- Partner with Rewards to support market benchmarking and ensure alignment with the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Talent & Performance teams to align recruitment plans with business needs and succession planning priorities.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers through advisory support, expectation setting, and regular progress updates.
Sourcing Channels & Employer Branding
- Identify and leverage diverse sourcing channels, recruitment platforms, and methodologies to attract a high-quality and diverse talent pool.
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting culture, values, and employee experience through appropriate platforms and content.
- Represent the organisation at talent attraction, networking, and recruitment events to strengthen external pipelines and brand visibility.
Process Excellence & Systems
- Continuously identify and recommend improvements to talent acquisition processes to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and experience.
- Utilise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively and support stakeholder adoption, optimisation, or implementation of new systems.
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding practices consistently reflect company values and desired behaviours.
Vendor & Analytics Management
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners, driving performance, quality, and value delivery.
- Prepare and present regular hiring dashboards and recruitment analytics to key stakeholders to track progress and outcomes.
What You Bring
- End-to-end talent acquisition experience, preferably experience managing Commercial hiring from FMCG industry
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple markets (Malaysia and/or Singapore preferred).
- Proven experience in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and building external talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Hands-on experience working with ATS platforms and supporting system adoption or enhancements.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
