UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment ramp-up. This is a temporary, 6-month contract role, potential renewable suited for an immediate starter with hands-on recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for banking technology roles
  • Maintain accurate and timely hiring records through both manual trackers and ATS systems, ensuring full visibility of pipeline status.
  • Prepare structured and competitive salary proposals, aligning with internal ranges, compa-ratio benchmarks, and internal parity considerations.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and stakeholders to deliver seamless and professional candidate experiences.

Key Requirements

  • Min. 5+ years of proven recruitment experience in technology roles within financial services or large-scale shared services.
  • Comfortable managing recruitment pipeline via ATS platforms and manual trackers.
  • Demonstrated capability in preparing in-house salary proposals aligned to ranges, compa-ratios, and parity checks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • An immediate starter that is willing to take up a temporary 6-month contract role.
