Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for niche and hard-to-fill positions across various functions.
• Partner closely with client stakeholders to understand complex hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for unconventional and highly specific roles.
• Manage the recruitment process with professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong focus on candidate experience.
• Share market insights and advise stakeholders on hiring trends.

Requirements

• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, with exposure to highly niche or specialized hiring.
• Strong headhunting and direct sourcing capability.
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and deliver under tight timelines.
• Willing to be based at Bangsar South.
