Job Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth
and professional experience for all candidates.
Identify and engage top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and
other sourcing channelsparticularly in APAC regions such as Southeast Asia,
Greater China, and South Asia.
Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, assist in assessments, and
ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a high-quality candidate experience, providing clear communication and
support throughout the process.
Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate conversion rates, and
source effectiveness to optimize hiring efforts.
Stay up to date with recruitment trends, market conditions, and employment laws
especially those relevant to APAC regions. Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the company's employer brand across global markets, including content for job ads, social media, and events.
Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and
deliver talent solutions that align with business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to international or
APAC regions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with
candidates and internal stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
