As a Talent Specialist, you'll play a key role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent for Hybrid's fast-growing teams across Kuala Lumpur, Kathmandu, Shanghai and Sydney. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for every candidate and stakeholder.
About the Role
- Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent through direct outreach, headhunting, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing through to offer and onboarding support.
- Applying best-practice interview techniques, including competency-based and behavioural assessments.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers, providing market insights, progress updates, and consultative guidance to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Hybrid by delivering a positive, engaging, and values-led candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Supporting the Talent & People function with administration, reporting, and accuracy of data within the ATS/CRM, ensuring hiring activity is well-tracked and compliant.
- Presenting job offers and confidently negotiating terms, promoting Hybrid's culture, growth opportunities, and employee value proposition.
About You:
- Proven recruitment experience in either an internal or agency environment, with a strong track record of delivery.
- Passionate about candidate experience, employer branding, and building long-term talent pipelines.
- Exposure to Digital Marketing, Technology, or Creative recruitment is highly desirable, but not essential.
- A confident communicator, comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Highly skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS/CRM systems.
- Comfortable recruiting across multiple countries and time zones.
- Must have Malaysian work rights and be able to work from the KL office three days per week.
