Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support offer negotiation and onboarding process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR hiring processes.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Good understanding of ATS tools and recruitment workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring for IT / Technical roles.
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Experience working with regional or global hiring teams.
