Talent Acquisition Specialist (JB/KL/PG/SB)
Job Descriptions:
- Execute the full life cycle of recruitment that will include developing specific strategies, direct sourcing and candidate interviewing.
- Developing and implementing different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels & social media.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all resourcing activities on HR information system.
- Work closely with various leaders to meet recruitment needs.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Successful candidates can expect to work with dynamic team members within a fast-moving environment.
Job Requirements:
- Have prior experience in the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting capacity
- Able to manage clear communications and collaborative in nature
- Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Resourceful in searching for potential candidates with the right skills.
- Able to work under challenging/fast pace environment.
