Job Summary
As a member of the APME Talent Acquisition Group team, you will be working closely with hiring managers and develop creative strategies to find the best talent in the local market and extended to regional and global if required.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/social media channels and amongst internal employees to target referrals.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Liaison with different stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination of interviews in timely basis.
- Ensure closure of open requirements in defined SLAs.
- To create and maintain rapport with different stakeholders, such as vendors, internal stakeholders, like delivery teams, BGV teams, etc.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of full‑cycle IT recruitment experience, delivering roles end‑to‑end with consistency and quality
- Strong sourcing expertise, engaging active, passive, and emerging talent through multiple channels
- In‑house or RPO background with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding delivery targets
- Hands‑on ATS experience, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- Data‑driven recruiter proficient in KPIs, SLAs, reporting, dashboards, and Excel insights
- Proven ability to manage high‑volume hiring while partnering with stakeholders across global time zones
- High emotional intelligence, enabling confident, empathetic engagement with candidates, hiring managers, and business stakeholders
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills in fast‑paced environments
- Detail‑oriented and analytical, with a proactive, tech‑savvy approach
- Self‑motivated and autonomous, with a positive, continuous‑learning mindset
- Track record of creative sourcing and proactive headhunting techniques
