Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent, and supporting workforce planning through talent market research and talent mapping activities.
The successful candidate will also support regional hiring initiatives across Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Japan, China, and other markets across the region as the company expands its footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate smooth candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support recruitment activities across different regions.
- Perform talent mapping and market research to identify key talent pools, industry trends, competitor hiring activities, and compensation benchmarks.
- Provide market intelligence and hiring insights to support workforce planning and recruitment decisions.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and applicable employment regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, particularly within the fund administration sector.
- Experience conducting talent mapping, market research, or workforce intelligence activities is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively support business and stakeholder communication across the region; proficiency in additional Asian languages would be an advantage.
