About the job Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

They are a global accounting and advisory network with over 10,000 people, including 500+ partners, in more than 80 offices across 16 regions, connecting and collaborating to take care of your needs locally, nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Key point of contact for the business and ensure effective and timely recruitment support delivered.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle for search of candidates through cold-calling, networking, and recommendations.
- Participate in business development
- Effectively listen to and understand clients hiring needs, preferences by providing professional consultation services.
- Build relationship, engage talents, provide excellent candidate experience and create brand awareness for the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- 360 recruitment.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Able to work independently, strong sense of urgency, results oriented and resourceful.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Remuneration
