Senior Talent Acquisition Inhouse (Full Time) Mandarin

Basic Salary Range: RM 4,500 - RM 7,000 (Open for Salary Negotiation)
Location: Old Klang Road, KL
Work Mode: Hybrid (1 Week from Home, 1 Week from Office)
During Probation Fully Remote for 3 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including external partners, job boards, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners to supplement internal recruitment efforts as needed
- Conduct meetings with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Requirement
Must have:
- Diploma or higher qualification in any field
- Proficient in Trilingual English, Mandarin, and Malay (spoken & written).
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in recruitment or HR related roles, with at least 1.5 years within the same company.
- Result-oriented with a growth mindset & able to recover from setbacks quickly.
- Strong sense of collaboration, highly attentive to nuances in communication & identifying talents.
- Previous experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Nice to have:
- Experience in utilizing ATS systems.
