Our client is a boutique law firm, 3rd party mortgage loan service provider and digital marketing agency which dedicated to delivering exceptional representation, expert guidance, and tailored services to both individual and corporate clients. They are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team due to business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Establish and drive companys creative and unique approach to sourcing, identifying, assessing, hiring, and retaining aligned candidates to help the business achieve its short and long-term goals.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determining selection criteria.
- Conduct on-boarding program for new hires (on-site & virtually).
- Updating recruiting procedures, supervising the HR team, and tracking recruiting metrics.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by divisions.
- Recommend ways to improve the Companys employer branding.
- Other Relevant Recruitment Operations:
- Ensure that the preparation and execution of human resources policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date information of employees and ensure personnel file records are accurate.
- Assist to plan and coordinate employee engagement program including wellness & well-being.
- Coordination, administration, and implementation of new benefit programs to retain talents, including medical and insurance plans.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration or other related areas.
- 5-10 years of Human Resources experience, with strong experience instrategic talent acquisition/recruitmentis preferred.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, time, and project management skills.
- Must be able to communicate in mandarin or any other Chinese dialects.
- This role is only open for Malaysian Citizens.
