Job Description
1. Recruitment Execution
- Execute the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
2. Hiring Manager Support
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
- Assist hiring managers with interview preparation and feedback collection.
3. Candidate Management & Experience
- Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.
- Manage candidate expectations regarding interview timelines and hiring outcomes.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment or high-volume hiring is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies

- Ability to manage multiple open roles and tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to speak & write in Chinese
